A Shipping company looking for Shipping Supervisor, below are the Job detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Shipping and Freight Forwarders to ensure smooth & cost effective delivere;
- Prepare Shipping Documents & invoices;
- Handle letters of credit;
- Prepare month-end reports;
- Adhere to company's policies & procedures including those relating export import compliance;
- Ensure proper documentation in compliance with GST regulation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, logistics or relevant discipline;
- At least of 4 years of relevant exp including supervisor role;
- Meticulous and detail oriented;
- Able to prioritize workload and meet deadline;
- Result-oriented & team player;
- Good communication skills.
